Aurelia Peera, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Peera graduated from medical school in Poland and completed her pediatric residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. She is Board-Certified in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine and has been practicing since 1989. She joined Northside-Suburban Pediatric Associates in 1996. Her special interest is Adolescent Health. She is fluent in Polish.

 

 

 

 

Wanda Karaman, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Karaman graduated from the University of Frankfurt, Germany and completed her pediatric residency at Columbus Hospital in Chicago, affiliated with Northwestern University Medical School. She is Board-Certified in Pediatrics and joined Northside-Suburban Pediatric Associates in 1998. Her special interest is Early Childhood Development. She is fluent in German and French.

She is Board-Certified in Pediatrics and joined Northside-Suburban Pediatric Associates in 1999.

                               

Teresa Kim, M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. Kim graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, University Hospitals of Cleveland, in Cleveland, Ohio. She is Board-Certified in Pediatrics and joined Northside-Suburban Pediatric Associates in 1999.

Mary L. Orth, CPNP, MSN

Mary received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master's in Nursing with specialization as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and adjunct faculty at the University of Illinois College of Nursing. Mary has worked as a PNP in a variety of settings including the nursery, pediatric clinic, and school based health centers. Her special interests include asthma management as well as child behavior and development

 

 

 

All of the physicians are Instructors of Clinical Pediatrics at Northwestern University.

 

We maintain staff privileges at the following hospitals:

 

Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital

Prentice Women's Hospital(Northwestern Memorial Hospital)

St. Joseph Hospital
